Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Salary: From £42,215 depending on skills & experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Project Management lead with Planning and Control processes

  • Identifying and expediting actions to respond to issues and deviations from the contract

  • Supporting the resolution of problems to facilitate development of effective solutions

  • Liaising with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure requirements are maintained as per contractual baselines

  • Monitoring the quality of work delivered by the Product team into the Astute Build programme

  • Tailoring and applying appropriate Life Cycle Management (LCM), ensuring Design Maturity is monitored and managed

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Experience within a Project Management role

  • Good stakeholder management experience, up to senior leadership level

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

  • Recognised Project Management qualification, or working towards

  • Experience using Microsoft products (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint & Project)

  • Proficient with SAP
