You'll be joining us at our Emersons Green practice in central Bristol.
A permanent and full-time position - some weekends required.

- As Deputy Manager you will be working closely with the Practice Manager to lead and develop a large support team
- This Practice is an Advanced Oral Health Centre having recently grown to 9 surgeries
- The Practice offers a range of NHS and Private treatments including Implants, Facial Aesthetics, Teeth Whitening, Smile Makeovers, Invisalign, and many more! With huge potential for you to grow the private revenue even further
- A fantastic practice to grow and develop into a future Practice Manager
- Parking is available

Your future, your role
As a Deputy Practice Manager, you'll be supporting the Practice Manager with:
- Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
