Position: Assistant Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid. Working from home and onsite across the London Region (Various Locations)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (hours may vary depending on the development)

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As an Assistant Operations Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential estates located around the London Region being responsible for managing the onsite teams, ensuring SOP's are adhered to, supporting with H&S compliance and leading by example whilst adopting the Rendall and Rittner policies, procedures, and values.
  • You'll have experience managing staff including appraisals, recruitment, training and development, performance management as well as any relevant employment related issues including managing the disciplinary process.
  • You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring health & safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
  • You'll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in property management with a proven track record in delivering excellence, managing leaseholder queries, working safely, and managing a team environment. You'll lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • You'll be a confident communicator to work with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships with residents, and contractors.
  • You are computer savvy, able to think on your feet and take initiative.
  • You'll have a good understanding of the property industry and will closely with the property management team to ensure compliance at all your sites.
