The Person:

• Previous Experience in a supervisory or team leading role, preferably in a night shift setting
• Confident Communicator
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Passion for Excellent Customer Service
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team

The Role:

• To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• To assist and support the Night Manager in overseeing the Night operations and duties of the hotel
• Supervise the night team and support them with training and guidance
• Complete and file night reports and shift handovers accurately
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, by conducting checks and night walks
