What you'll be doing

You'll be instrumental in translating strategic insights into actionable campaigns, collaborating with diverse teams, and leveraging data to continuously optimize performance and achieve ambitious commercial and consumer goals. Key responsibilities

  • Marketing Planning & Execution: Assist in the coordination & activation of and brand plans including product led initiatives across multiple consumer touchpoints, ensuring plans are executed on time in full.
  • Insight into action: Assist in translating insights & campaign ideas into actionable objectives. Lead development of creative briefs and collaborate with agency partners on campaign responses, including media. Coordinate and integrate various channels for cohesive 360-degree activations.
  • Media Activation: Support the activation of media plans, including strategy, channel selection, content requirements & briefing. Assist in monitoring and optimizing media performance, contributing to short-term ROI/ROAS and long-term brand equity goals.
  • Social Media Engagement: Have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content best practices, and analytical tools. Lead planning & briefing of engaging content across various formats (e.g., Grid, Stories). Assist with community management, monitoring social trends, and identifying opportunities for engagement.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside creative teams, agencies and internal stakeholders to support integrated activation efforts.
  • Retail Activation: Coordinate retailer-specific activities and support joint business plans to maximise local campaign impact. Work with retailers to secure brand stand out / marketing activation within marketing and media channels. Understand the trade plans and align to retailer priorities. Exposure and understanding of commercial planning
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign results and provide insights to the Marketing Manager to ensure optimisations.
  • Budget Monitoring: Tracking activation budgets and ensuring resources are used efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Support adoption of new tools and best practices to enhance campaign activation and team productivity.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Execution Focus: Experience or interest in supporting multi-channel campaign delivery, especially media & social
  • Learn how to translate strategy into effective activation plans, how to optimise and contribute to commercial objectives.
  • Brings their own vision and ideas and thrives from testing and learning.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Basic skills in monitoring campaign performance and providing actionable feedback.
  • Assist in managing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Strong communicator and reliable team player, eager to contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
