Job Description
As the Campaigns Assistant Brand Marketing Manager for Marks & Spencer, you hold a pivotal role in driving the brand's identity, values, and messaging to target audiences. You're tasked with driving the implementation of marketing activations to amplify brand awareness, customer engagement and boost sales.
Your role will be to execute all campaign and project deliverables against the set objectives on time.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
Managing the end-to-end process of campaigns through:
- Supporting the development of best-in-class briefs through key learnings and competitor analysis'
- Leading channel activations from development to launch
- Leading product with key stakeholders from nomination to launch
- Owning the critical path, keeping stakeholders and systems up to date and working through any barriers
- Owning key documentation to keep accurate and up to date
- Lead PIR's to understand key learnings and influence future activations
