Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Degree level or equivalent or a minimum of 5 years NHS experience in relevant discipline
Desirable criteria
- Project management qualification
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of managing administrative systems and processes
- Experience of participating in and managing projects
- Experience of analysing complex data and producing reports.
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working in a business planning environment
- A broad understanding of the NHS locally and national imperatives that may drive change
Skills, Knowledge and Ability
Essential criteria
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation and with senior individuals in other NHS, private and voluntary organisations
- Routinely uses and has practical knowledge of project management
