Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • Degree level or equivalent or a minimum of 5 years NHS experience in relevant discipline

Desirable criteria

  • Project management qualification

Experience

Essential criteria

  • Experience of managing administrative systems and processes
  • Experience of participating in and managing projects
  • Experience of analysing complex data and producing reports.

Desirable criteria

  • Experience of working in a business planning environment
  • A broad understanding of the NHS locally and national imperatives that may drive change

Skills, Knowledge and Ability

Essential criteria

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation and with senior individuals in other NHS, private and voluntary organisations
  • Routinely uses and has practical knowledge of project management
