To support the Firm's expanding Equity Partner population, we have an opportunity for a finance professional to join our team.

This is an opportunity to work with the most senior people in our business (owners), supporting and guiding them over their lifecycle with the firm and beyond (lateral hire / promotion, capital injections, monthly draw and profit distributions, financial statements, retirement and pension annuity).

We are looking for someone with an accounting background that has good spreadsheet skills and pays attention to detail. They should also be confident to ask questions, to challenge the status quo, and have the initiative to implement change - looking to challenge processes and influence others as the situation requires.

We believe that development should continue post qualification, and regularly schedule time to empower team members to take advantage of the development training available.

Should you wish to apply, you will find we are a close team and truly believe in supporting each other to provide the best service we can - with the flexibility that comes from knowing the team are 'in it together'. If this opportunity is of interest to you with some flexibility, please do discuss with us.
