Join our Fashion, Home & Beauty CRM team to play a key role in our Digital Transformation. You will be instrumental in delivering data-driven, personalised and automated customer experiences and maximising customer lifetime value through seamless customer touchpoints across Email, App & SMS. We are looking for an experienced CRM MarTech individual, to own the data-readiness and technical future-proofing of our end-to-end omnichannel customer communication journey and support us with driving towards our transformation growth plans."
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Lead the digital transformation of CRM campaign delivery, embedding data science models to drive audience targeting, message relevancy and optimal frequency.
- Monitor and adapt to business performance and customer behaviour using data and insight to refine CRM strategies and storytelling.
- Support the development of automated customer state journeys across email, app and SMS, aligned with trade and growth objectives.
- Partner with the CRM Delivery Leads to identify efficiencies and drive effectiveness through the use of data, tech and automation.
- Proactively identify and uncover new revenue opportunities.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
- Proven experience in omnichannel campaign management, with a strong grasp of segmentation and personalisation to create seamless, targeted customer journeys.
- Comfortable working with data science teams and translating model outputs into actionable marketing strategies.
- Ability to work strategically and tactically to translate business requirements into development stories and roadmaps
- Experience of email and App push marketing, driving incremental KPI (open rates, click through rates, conversion rates) through a test and learn culture.
- Familiar with HTML and EDS systems for automated email production
