As Assistant Manager - Housekeeping, you will help lead our Housekeeping team. Being part of Hyatt means always having space to be you. You will assist the Housekeeping Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the Housekeeping, Laundry and Linen Department ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by the hotel.
Some of your duties will include; managing the rooms process of "In house VIPs" and arriving "VIPs" along with Front Office and ensuring your team of Attendants work in a systematic manner which leads to excellent levels of service within your remit. Working closely with Team Leaders and the Manager you will consistently strive for the best guest feedback and will monitor performance, correcting any action that does not fit within our standards. You will also assist Engineering with room maintenance and network with all suppliers for rooms stock, getting the best possible level of service for our hotel.
