Full-time (Mon-Sun on a rota) £13.47 per hour

Full UK driving licence required

The Role:

As an assistant manager, you'll support the people we care for and lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. You'll help shape a positive home environment and motivate your team to go above and beyond every day.

What You'll Need

• Experience leading or supervising a care team
• Level 2 in Adult Care (or working towards it)
• Organised, calm under pressure, and great with people
• A passion for making a real impact

Bonus if you have:

• Level 3 in Adult Care or Team Leading
• Experience with care planning software
