The Global Pricing Solution (GPS) enables pricing for cross-border opportunities by estimating margin across participating geographies. The solution is designed to help pursuit teams, practice leaders, and lead partners to make informed decisions when pricing multi-member firm deals, drive easier and more equitable interfirm negotiation, improve overall engagement profitability, and reduce risks. GPS includes an online Pricing Solution, process, and governance and other pricing related collateral that improves our ability to price-to-win global multi-member firm opportunities.

This role supports a global initiative, which can be performed virtually, and as such candidates can be based in several locations across our network - Canada, NL, US and UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with member firm finance teams to review pricing data submissions and provide insights/recommendations to achieve required rate thresholds via data review and analysis.
  • Provide support to pursuit teams building pricing models under time sensitive deadlines, assisting them with analysis of differences between local pricing models and GPS, understanding the Profit and Loss line items, and other questions.
  • Develop and implement Change Management, Communication, and Stakeholder Management plans to drive awareness and adoption of the Global Pricing Solution across Member Firms, and working with leadership to implement and share outcomes throughout our global network.
  • Support the development of pricing related collateral for the Global Pricing webpage, training materials, etc.
  • Provide logistical support for webinars and training sessions.
  • Support the GPS team with backlog management, user acceptance testing, and other release management activities.
  • Work closely with other members of the Global Pricing team to achieve time sensitive deliverables and engage in PMO related activities.
  • Support Global Pricing mailbox queue.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a matrixed multi-national or global organization.
  • Relevant experience in roles that require strong consulting and project management or equivalent experience, preferably with additional experience in financial systems and engagement pricing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate data concepts and work with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of initiative and adaptability.
  • Skills in executive presentation development, strategic thinking skills, identification of opportunities, anticipation of challenges, and development of effective solutions.
