What you'll be doing at Sticks 'n' Sushi

• Leading our shifts to ensure our elevated hospitality, motivating, coaching and inspiring your team.
• Building for the future, growing a strong community of Guests, welcoming everyone equally.
• Making good decisions, solving challenges and keeping the good energy flowing.

• A track record of excellence from previous roles
• Adaptability of water to stay flexible and quickly respond to challenges and changes.
• A real understanding of 'hands on' togetherness and a natural ability to support your fellow fish.
• A flair for delivering personal touches and memorable experiences for our Guests that take them away from the real world for a while.
