We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our Melkshambranch (SN12):

Our Assistant Branch Managers, are a key support to the Business Manager taking on the ownership of team management, monitoring & encouraging the daily sales activity, and covering day-to-day tasks to ensure the branch is consistently providing its best service to its customers.
As an Assistant Branch Manager, we will be looking for you to have team management experience, have a natural flair in relationship building and be able to drive people to achieve and exceed personal & business targets.
Assistant Branch Manager - Experience & Attributes:
• Electrical product knowledge is advantageous
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, including telesales and account management
• To be customer centric with a customer service background
• To have had experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail
• An ability to embrace change and new technologies
• Excellent communication skills (including persuasion and influencing)
• Intermediate IT skills (i.e., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
