Position: Senior Night Concierge
Location: Hollandgreen
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days 1900 - 0700
Salary: £31,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be based at a luxury residential development, located in the heart of Kensington, adjacent to the Design Museum. Consisting of 58 residential apartments, the site benefits from several facilities such as, a pool, gym, car park and cinema.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Senior Night Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
- Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
- Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
- To be a main point of contact, be responsible for quality customer service for residents and guests, handling day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner. Occasional, decision-making and problem-solving in the absence of supervision will be required, given the circumstances of the role.
- Manage onsite staff on behalf of the Resident Services Manager, overseeing the day-to-day matters of the development, ensuring that high standards of quality customer service are maintained for residents and guests, and that all matters are handled in a prompt and professional manner
- To carry out security inspections and operations as required.
- To conduct the required health and safety inspections and activities to assist in keeping the development and workplace a safe environment for all.
