Job Brief:

We are looking for driven restaurant Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have most success if they have a background in financial planning or restaurant/retail management. Store managers responsibilities will include supervising assistant store managers and supervisors & developing them.

Our Store Managers are expected to lead all aspects of the business; ensuring efficient restaurant operation and delivering a high-quality menu and motivate our team members to provide excellent customer service and the ability to confidentially lead the team. In Addition, maintaining high production, productivity, and quality and customer-service standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. You must know how to oversee the dining room, check in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of house experience is also essential, as you will oversee training, food preps and ensure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations. We will expect you to lead by example and motivate our team members during busy periods in our fast-paced environment, ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Strong Leadership, communication, motivational and people skills is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure store sales target are met.
  • Coordinate daily front of house and back of house restaurant operations.
  • Delivering excellent service and maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  • Maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality.
  • Regularly review product quality.
  • Organise Rotas and supervise shifts.
  • Perform staff appraisals and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Uphold Archie's reputation and suggest ways to improve.
  • Control operational cost and identify measures to reduce waste.
  • To be involved in sales reports on weekly, monthly base with the Operations manager.
  • To train new and current employees on both front and back of house processes.
  • Implement policies and processes that will maintain future restaurant operations.
  • To consistently motivate, mentor and provide feedback for all staff.

Skills and Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-10 years' experience in a restaurant management position.
  • Experience in a high-volume setting.
  • Knowledge about driving sales and meeting financial goals.
  • Results driven individual with demonstrated record of prior success.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and employees.
  • Strategic & Financial Planning.

  • Process Improvement.
