Overview

Waters is looking for a Test Team Manager for our Clinical Software team.

As a Test Team Manager, you will support the Director of Clinical Software in running the Clinical Systems Development Software Department and overseeing the design, development and evaluation of Clinical system software products. You will facilitatate interfaces with other departments and 3rd Party suppliers whilst providing strategic evaluation vision and direction for the department and recruiting highly skilled software evaluators to build a strong software evaluation team.

Clinical Systems Development has been created to develop Waters Clinical and IVD Systems, Hardware and Software. Responsibilities

As a Test Team Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership and direction, both technical and functional, within the department
• Input into the departments stragegic direction from the perspective of evaluation
• Managing the evaluation and delivery of clinical systems software
• Overseeing the evaluation of the software products within the department
• Managing work from multiple teams
• Encouraging, motivating and developing new and existing team members by mentoring and coaching
• Line management of evaluators
• Converting business level strategies into objectives for individuals and teams.

Qualifications

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Degree in engineering, computing or a science subject, or relevant commercial experience
• Extensive leadership and management experience in a software evaluation environment
• Experience with clinical system software development
• Experience of a variety of delivery methodologies such as Agile, waterfall etc
• Experience managing multiple teams
