The Package:

• Up-to £38,000per annum

The Job Role:

• The Assistant HR Manager within a 150+ bedroom hotel
• The Assistant HR Manager will report into the hotel General manager
• The Assistant HR Manager will be based on site and have daily interaction with staff, HODs, and running any training or meeting required.
• The Assistant HR Manager will have full control over onboarding, reference checks, oversea contracts, staff live-in contracts etc.

The Requirements:

• A proven Assistant HR Manager is desirable
• Smart and well presented
• An Assistant HR Manager that is on site and overseeing the run of day to day HR
• A strong individual with a resilient 'can do' attitude.
• A strong hotel background is essential for this role
• Hospitality experience is essential
