The Job Role
- Assistant Hospitality Manager within a Corporate environment in Birmingham City Centre
- Providing a top level of service in this high volume corporate hospitality venue
- Maintain exemplary customer service standards that are set out by the venue
The Requirements
- A strong hotel or venue background
- Have the ability to lead from the front.
- Sense of ownership and accountability
- Second to none service standards, the Assistant Hospitality Manager will have a calm approach to busy service periods.
- This role would be well suited to an experienced C&B Supervisor or Duty Manager
