Assistant Head of Year
Grade 6 points 11-15
Hours of work: 38.5 hour per week, 39 weeks per year.
The Mead Educational Trust is an energetic and dynamic family of fifteen primary, secondary and special schools in and around Leicester. Brook Mead Academy is the newest school in TMET and has already been judged as OUTSTANDING by Ofsted in our first inspection in March 2024. We have now moved into our state-of-the-art new carbon net zero building in the west of Leicester and work towards our first set of GCSE results in 2026.
We believe that knowledge is power and access to powerful knowledge is the right of every child. We want to ensure our pupils leave with a treasure trove of knowledge and skills which will be theirs forever to use for the betterment of themselves and the world. We are looking for an Assistant Head of Year who will join the team and work with our Lead Behaviour and Safeguarding Officer to support pupils to meet our high standards.
