TheCollege is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised, and committed teacher towork alongside the Head of Inclusion in leading and strengthening provisionacross the ALS Faculty. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningfuldifference by supporting students with SEND across the College, as well asteaching students with complex and severe learning difficulties within thePathways department. Thesuccessful candidate will act as a deputy to the Head of Inclusion, providingleadership and operational oversight in their absence and supporting with theday-to-day management of the ALS Faculty. You will manage the deployment ofstaff to cover Faculty absences, take ownership of the SEND register, assistwith the coordination of staff timetabling, and manage EHCP applications. Youwill deliver high-quality, quality-first teaching in line with the duties andexpectations of a standard scale teacher, meeting the needs of all learners.Additionally, you will contribute to the development and delivery of thecurriculum in line with Awarding Organisation specifications, ensuringcompliance and high standards in teaching and assessment. You will receiveremission from teaching as part of this role.
