Pool Hayes Academy are looking to appoint acommitted and experienced Assistant Head of Faculty for Maths to supplement andenhance a strong established and supportive Faculty. The department is part ofa well led, dynamic team, whose colleagues all enjoy supporting the Academy andits culture of outstanding success amongst our students. The appointedcandidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported byour teaching and learning team.

The idealcandidate will be an exceptional educator with evidence of CPD training coursesand have the vision, tenacity, optimism, strong interpersonal skills and provenability to inspire students to achieve their very best in a progressive,dynamic and improving Academy, creating a culture of outstanding success amongstour students. As a key leader, you will support the Faculty Leader for Mathsand deputise when and where appropriate. We are keen to secure a high calibreleader who can make a telling contribution to our forward-looking team.
