As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department. This includes supervising, guiding, and training the team to ensure they perform to company standards and that all guests receive an excellent experience from start to finish. Representing the Cheval brand, you will interact with guests and colleagues alike, embodying our commitment to service excellence.

  • Three or more years' experience in a supervisory or management role of a 4* or 5* hotel or serviced
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to respond to guest queries and complaints
  • Excellent communication, social and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT skills including experience working with Property Management systems
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team including performance management principles
  • Strong planning and organisation skills including the ability to be able to prioritise workload of self and others
  • Ability to identify and lead change initiatives.
  • Have strong attention for detail
  • Have a positive attitude in everything you do

This role requires 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days, with weekend work required.
