The Package:

• Assistant Finance Manager
• Salary of £37,000
• Additional bonus, approx £3,000 per year
• Hybrid working

The Job Role:

• Assistant Finance Manager to assist with financial reports and budgets
• Monitor and reconcile daily revenue
• Control costs and track expenses
• Support forecasting and financial planning
• Oversee invoices, payments, and compliance
• Lead and support a small team of finance assistants
• Assistant Finance Manager reporting to group Financial Controller

The Requirements:

• The successful applicant will come from a hotel or hospitality background
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and organisational skills to work across departments
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems, with knowledge of controls and compliance
• Experience in forecasting
