Consumer Duty Manager

- Working with the Consumer Duty Champions of the firm and keeping them updated.
- Tracking and implementing key actions or projects relating to Consumer Duty
- Regulating and analysing MI data against Consumer Duty outcomes, identifying, summarising, and escalating customer risks and issues that may impact on future product / communication developments
- Attending, preparing regular reports for and contributing to:
- Consumer Duty and Product Governance Committee (Quarterly)
- Structured Products Governance Committee (Quarterly)
- Compliance Committee (Quarterly)
- Vulnerable Customer Sub-Committee (Monthly)
- Complaints Forum (Monthly)
- Produce and present the quarterly Consumer Duty MI pack to the Board
- Produce and present the annual Consumer Duty Board Report to the Board
- Produce and present annual Consumer Duty training to the Firm
- Contributing to Policy and Procedure development relating to Consumer Duty
- Contributing to the review and development of customer communications and customer literature. Ensuring that product / service communications are proven to meet customer information needs, with customers being kept appropriately informed before, during and after the point of sale
- Maintaining and developing the product and service process to ensure products/services are launched, governed, and closed in accordance with the Customer Duty requirements and are designed and developed to meet the needs, and objectives of customers in an identified target market to comply with the Consumer Duty
- Supporting in the efficient completion of product / service risk reviews, ensuring that they have been carried out in accordance with specified schedules,and reported to appropriate governance committees
- Attending industry events, forums / groups to keep the firm up to date with regulatory change in relation to Consumer Duty
Education & Experience:
- General financial services and compliance related experience (at least 3 years)
