As a qualified Accountant you'll work closely with dynamic and enthusiastic professionals who are committed to making a difference. Lead and develop a team of finance staff as the Senior Management Accountant for a major business unit and help us get better at what we do. You're a business partner who will work closely with Hospital Directors, Senior Doctors and Nurses to come up with innovative solutions to the challenges facing the health system. Use your analytical and problem solving skills to understand the story behind the data but get involved in so much more than just the numbers! Educate and train non finance colleagues but also take the opportunity to learn from them as well. You'll also have an eye for detail and can scrutinise performance and benchmark across services.

37.5 hours per week
