The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary, results-driven Assistant Director of Sales with experience in luxury hospitality sales, responsible for driving revenue by developing and executing sales strategies and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales plans to attract bookings, aligning with the hotel's revenue & ADR goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, event planners, and travel agents.
- Leadership & Team Collaboration: Provide support and direction to the sales team with guidance from Director of sales, working collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform and adapt sales strategies.
- Presentation & Negotiation: Lead client presentations, conduct site tours, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Revenue and ADR Growth: Drive revenue and ADR growth for the hotel's rooms in primary focus but also to F&B outlets, and event spaces.
- Experience: Proven track record in luxury hospitality sales with a clear understanding of all market segments
