JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Digital Performance & CRM Manager, the Assistant Digital Manager (CRM & Affiliates) will support with all digital marketing initiatives and campaigns to maximise digital performance, grow the brand and ghd.com UK&ROI business through supporting the effective, innovative, and ambitious marketing campaigns and commercial strategies to ensure the digital commercial channel objective is achieved and executed with excellence and leads best in class examples as a flagship market. Within the CRM remit, this role will be supported by the commercial coordinator.

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Brief, test, schedule, and report on CRM and email campaigns to ensure timely delivery and optimal engagement.
  • Build CRM emails from scratch with the support of the commercial coordinator, including:
  • Writing engaging, brand-aligned copy (subject lines, body text, calls-to-action).
  • Selecting or creating visual assets.
  • Structuring and designing and building emails within our CRM platform: Bloomreach
  • Testing for accuracy, responsiveness, and deliverability.
  • Scheduling and deploying campaigns.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to segment audiences and personalise communications for improved conversion.
  • Analyse campaign results, providing actionable insights to enhance future CRM strategies measuring Open Rate, CVR and Unsubscribe Rates to report back to stakeholders.
  • Leading CRM strategy.
  • Affiliate Marketing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliate partners to drive acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Actively source and onboard new affiliate partners, communicating offers and promotional opportunities.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, implement initiatives to improve ROI, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track competitor affiliate activity and respond to trading changes with proactive strategies.
  • Plan affiliate exposure and commission strategies.
  • To forecast spend and plan budgets.
  • Raising and receipting POs and invoices for payment.
  • Integrated Marketing Support
  • Work closely with the Performance & CRM Manager to maximise digital performance.
  • Support the planning and execution of the digital marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with product and promotional plans.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, and Studio teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels (Email, Affiliates, Paid Search, Social, SEO, Display).
  • Work with internal teams to deliver relevant creative assets for affiliate and CRM campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in CRM campaign management is a key requirement.
  • Previous experience or exposure to affiliate marketing is desirable.
  • Understanding of digital strategies, including performance marketing, customer acquisition, and retention through affiliates and CRM channels.
  • Ability to interpret performance data, optimise campaigns based on insights, and report on KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Resilience and Agile to the dynamic nature of the ever-changing market and business needs.
  • Strong organisational skills, an eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple projects and ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability, can give examples of taking measured risks to achieve results.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic outgoing, determined to win and a passion for ecommerce and all things digital.
