Assistant, Content & Creative

MKTG Sports & Entertainment are looking for an ambitious and driven Assistant, Content & Creative to join our growing team. This role sits at the heart of how we bring sponsorships and partnerships to life - supporting the creation of bold, engaging content and integrated communications across sport and entertainment. You will play a key supporting role across content creation, creative development, client servicing and project delivery, working closely with designers, strategists and account teams.

This is a diverse role and ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants hands on experience across content, creative and production within a fast paced agency environment.

This role reports into the Design Lead and works closely with the wider Content & Creative team.

You are excited by the prospect of working on award‑winning sponsorship accounts, supporting high‑profile clients and being part of a collaborative, high‑performing multidisciplinary team. You are organised, detail‑oriented and enthusiastic, with a positive, "can‑do" mindset and a willingness to learn.

You are comfortable supporting senior team members, managing multiple tasks at once and taking pride in keeping workstreams running smoothly - while developing your own creative and content skills.

  • Familiarity with creative tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Photoshop or similar

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Creative Support

  • Support day‑to‑day content and creative tasks including:
    • Transcribing interviews and meetings
    • File sharing, asset management and content organisation
    • Supporting content production and delivery
    • Social media reporting and performance tracking
  • Assist in the development of content across multiple formats, including:
    • Social media posts and captions
    • Presentation decks and creative templates
    • Written copy for proposals, comms plans and internal documents
  • Learn and develop skills across:
    • Content creation and creative ideation
    • Copywriting and tone of voice
    • Social media strategy and reporting
    • Basic design and layout (Photoshop / deck design support)
  • Support other departments with content‑related requests such as:
    • Deck formatting and template updates
    • Copy checking and proofreading
    • Supporting pitch and brief submissions

Client Servicing & Account Support

  • Support relationships with key clients through reliable and professional day‑to‑day assistance
  • Respond promptly and accurately to client requests, coordinating with internal teams to deliver outputs
  • Assist in the preparation of client materials, presentations and updates
  • Develop an understanding of clients' businesses, objectives and the role sponsorship and content plays within them

Project & Workflow Management

  • Support the team across all stages of client projects and campaigns, from admin through to creative delivery
  • Assist with project coordination, timelines and task tracking
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and ideation sessions where required
  • Maintain awareness of team workloads and proactively support where needed

Assistant & Administration Responsibilities

  • Provide essential day‑to‑day team support, including:
    • Booking meetings, managing diaries and coordinating schedules
    • Organising travel, expenses and invoices
    • Supporting onboarding and internal processes where required
  • Coordinate finance and admin requirements on projects, including:
    • Setting up job numbers and estimates
    • Supporting budget tracking and cost management
    • Completing timesheets accurately and on time
  • Act as a reliable point of support for the Content & Creative team, helping keep projects, systems and processes running smoothly
