Assistant Client Manager (accountant)

We're looking for a smart, savvy and personable individual to join our team at Capture Accounting.

You will be supporting a Client Manager and second in command to handle the accounting and bookkeeping affairs of our content creator and influencer clients - some of whom are household names like Mike Thurston, Zuby Uduzue, Joss Mooney, Izzy Sealey and others.

Capture is a leading brand in the content creator space so this is an exciting role to work with some really interesting and cool clients.

There will be room to progress to a Client Manager role once you are able to demonstrate that you can comfortably manage client relationships, demands and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Ideally you should have at least 3 years experience working in a UK accountancy practice as well as being AAT or ATT qualified.

We offer fully flexible working so you can work from home but need to be within commutable distance of our office in Eastleigh so you can come into the office at least 1-2 times a month.

As well as technical competence what's really important is this:

- ability to communicate well with clients and show confidence in dealing with their accounting and tax affairs

- ability to manage your workload without micro-management and close supervision

- ability to get on well with team members and having a helpful nature to get stuck in to whatever is required (we are a close knit team of 8 in the UK + 3 in the Phillippines)

- wanting to find ways of working smarter, more efficiently and always wanting to learn more.

Benefits

Fully flexible working including ability to work from home but need to be within commutable distance of the office in Eastleigh near Southampton for 1-2 visits to the office per month.

Salary dependant on experience between £28,000 - £35,000
