• Assistant Catering Manager
• Salary £35,000
• Great working hours, very few late finishes
• 1 weekend off a month
• Gifted extra holiday over Christmas period

The Job Role:

• Assistant Catering Manager to oversee the running of multiple outlets including events space
• Reporting to a fantastic, experienced Catering Manager
• Assistant Catering Manager will be hands on delivering exceptional levels of service to all guests
• Running high end exclusive use events

The Requirements:

• The successful applicant will come from a Hotel or Venue background
• The Assistant Catering Manager will have high end customer service at the forefront of their mind
• Experience in conference and banqueting is ideal
• A willing attitude and someone who is looking to progress their career within F&B at a completely unique venue
