Assistant Catering Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Catering Manager to support the Catering Manager in delivering a high-quality catering service for students and staff. This role is integral to maintaining an efficient and enjoyable dining experience, ensuring high standards and smooth day-to-day operations. You will also deputise for the Catering Manager in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering high standards of service and food quality.
- Carry out skilled preparation and cooking activities, including catering for special dietary requirements.
- Support the provision of a diverse and high-quality menu to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating performance to maintain efficiency and service excellence.
- Help maintain and develop systems to ensure the seamless operation of the catering service.

Actual Salary: £12,935 - £13,348
Working Hours: 22.5hrs Mon - Fri 9:00 - 13:30 Term Time only plus 5 inset days (39 weeks)
