Positioned within the commercial team, you will be right in the centre of a fast paced team. You'll get to develop your Buying career in this fast-paced role. As an Assistant Buyer in our Gaming team, you will support our Senior Buyer across a wide range of exciting products within Gaming and work with major suppliers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is in a Buying role, passionate, organised & ambitious and wants to develop their career within Buying in a key category for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping to manage supplier relationships in line with the category strategy
• Selecting and negotiating product ranges and pricing
• Keeping tabs on the competition so we can set competitive prices
• Analysing trading performance and recommending actions to drive our business

Key skills:

• Must be an avid gamer!
• Experience of being part of a Buying function (as an Assistant Buyer or Buying Administrator) essential
• Experience in an electrical background preferable
• Great working knowledge of gaming products
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Organised, analytical and numerate with good judgment
• Strong commercial awareness and a sense of customer needs
