Permanent contract | £30,559 to £32,654 per annum (Scale G) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Business Manager to join our Living Well team in Adult Social Services supporting the Norwich, East and West localities. We are looking for an experienced manager to lead, engage and develop a large team implementing the Department's vision. The successful candidate will need to plan, manage and deliver a wide range of business support to operational managers and staff ensuring it is consistent, efficient, effective, flexible and that it meets high standards of customer care. In addition, the post holder will need to be actively involved in reviewing Business Support procedures to ensure continuous improvement and development to maintain performance standards for Business Support in delivering the outcomes of social care programmes.
