The team
The Brokerage Team is responsible for sourcing care services for individuals with eligible needs. Acting as the central point of contact for all Social Care placements in Suffolk, the team works across Adult Social Care and collaborates closely with care providers, social care professionals, and health colleagues.

Their purpose is to maximise preventative outcomes, safeguard vulnerable people, and support customers by arranging care swiftly and safely. The team plays a pivotal role in ensuring care needs are met by supporting frontline staff, securing suitable providers, producing agreements, and reporting key business activity.
