What you'll do

As the Assistant Brand Marketing Manager for Marks & Spencer, you hold a pivotal role in driving the brand's identity, values, and messaging to target audiences. You're tasked with driving the implementation of marketing activations to amplify brand awareness, customer engagement and boost sales.

Your role will be to execute all campaign and project deliverables (brief, execution, launch) deliver against the set objectives on time.

  • Develop activity briefs, collaborating closely with Insights team and other internal stakeholders
  • Holistic Campaign Management: fostering seamless collaboration with multiple stakeholders in order to lead the implementation of marketing activities across diverse channels
  • End-to-end shoot content planning & management, including product/sample management.
  • External stakeholder management: Drive collaboration with external stakeholders - including but not limited to production agencies & media agencies etc.
  • Robust Brand Performance Analysis: Rigorously track and analyse brand performance metrics via owning timely PIRs, encompassing brand awareness, sentiment, and perception, to gauge the efficacy of marketing activity.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in brand marketing roles within the retail, fashion, or consumer goods domain.
  • Exceptional communication and proven influencing skills
  • A creative visionary with a strong passion for storytelling and brand elevation.
  • Strong leadership skills; effectively manage multiple projects, quipped to foster cross-functional collaboration
