What Your Role Is
Key Responsibilities:
NEDM Marketing Support
- Partner with Brand Manager to deliver brand strategy for Old El Paso across NEDM region
- Budget Management
- Management of brand platforms (website), responsible for any refresh/ redesign and updates
- Ownership of asset localisation, including liaising with media agencies and creative asset agencies
- Regularly monitor, analyse & report on external performance and competitor activity to identify challenges and opportunities
- Responsible for OEP Nielsen analysis; including timely refreshes, insight gathering, flagging issues and identifying opportunities
- Support on preparation for key internal meetings as part of business cycle
- Support BM with innovation/ renovation launches (from charter to post-launch
Brand Connector Support
- Support the Brand Connector in managing communication between stakeholders. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, distributing information, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting market data relevant to Global Emerging Markets. This may involve using internal databases, market research reports, and sales data to track performance and identify trends.
- Prepare materials for all relevant forums and meetings. This includes compiling data, creating presentations, and documenting key decisions and action items. Follow up on meeting action items to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain organized records of all relevant documents, including brand plans, market research reports, and communication logs.
- Assist the Brand Connector in supporting geo-expansion efforts by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing presentations related to market prioritization and brand plan development. This includes supporting the creation of portfolio, pricing, promotional, in-store, and shopper marketing plans.
What You Will Bring To The Team
Experience/Skills Required:
- University Degree in Business or related field
- 3+ years of Marketing or Category Management experience with a leading FMCG company.
- Vision and breadth of understanding of the overall business/commercial context and the role of Marketing
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working in multifunctional team/matrix environment
- Natural collaborator, confident communicator with strong influencing and people skillsx
