We are currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager (maternity cover) to support on local brand execution, activation and growth plan based on global strategy in our office in Maidenhead, UK.

A strong level of commercial thinking and understanding of the consumer/ shopper path to purchase & patient pathway to secure strong creative, tactical plans to drive growth. Cross functional projects for local driven brands.

Responsibilities

  • Support the local brand development across Foot Health brands and support on P&L management including sales targets, media budget and margin improvement
  • Support to drive the annual marketing and campaign planning cycle, including activation strategy, budget management while driving towards set growth targets
  • Execute the agreed marketing and campaign initiatives and develop relevant content & assets, with a high focus on Shopper Marketing, HCP Marketing & PR alongside digital media channels, ensuring a high collaboration with both cross-agencies as well as cross-functional & global Karo teams
  • Own the local brand development plan for Wartie & Footner, executing the agreed marketing and campaign initiatives
  • Measuring and reporting performance on marketing campaigns setting KPIs

Requirements

  • University degree within business, marketing or equivalent
  • Digital marketing competence/experience/interest
  • 1-3 years' brand marketing experience, preferably in healthcare/ FMCG
  • Consumer Health experience would be beneficial (P/ GSL Medicines and Medical Devices)
  • Strong level of commercial thinking and understanding of the consumer/ shopper path to purchase & patient pathway to secure strong creative, tactical plans to drive growth
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, agile, fast-paced environment with some level of ambiguity
  • Operating autonomously and with a high degree of flexibility
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English
  • Motivated by Karo's mission to improve people's everyday health
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to translate complex analysis into persuasive recommendations and to tailor for multiple different audiences
