Key responsibilities of an Assistant Branch Manager - Estate Agent
Running aprofitableand well organised office providing an effective,efficientandprofessionalestate agency service to customers. Leading by example and delegating tasks with the aim to exceedstandardsof performance and targets set. Optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales and mortgage introductions.Motivatingyour team and new recruits, ensuring they receive thetrainingandsupportthey need to flourish in their career.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Assistant Branch Manager - Estate Agent
- Preferably an experiencedSenior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuerlooking to progress in your career.
- Able to generate new business in atarget drivenenvironment.
- Proven experience managing, leading andmentoringa team.
- Outstanding customer care /customer serviceexperience.
- Resilient,positive, organised, numerate anddetail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills.
- IT literate(MS Office, internet, email systems).
- AFull UK driving licence.
