As Assistant Manager - Gentleman *& Scholar, you will be responsible for the smooth service of our Gentleman & Scholar pub and Lobby Bar. You will manage shifts, monitor and oversee admin tasks and care for your team and guests wellbeing.
1. Provide a high standard of service and care to all.
2. Ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
3. Create a development and growth environment for your colleagues, supporting individual learning.
4. Work with F&B & Venues Manager to enhance operating procedures.
