A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT MANAGER AT THE FOUNDRY

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the General Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

• Managing Bar & food service, preparing drinks
• Ensuring our guests receive 5* service at all times
• Supervising staff
• Keeping the venue safe and clean

To succeed in the role of Assistant Manager, you will need the following qualities and skills.

• Previous management experience in a hospitality setting
• Strong Bar and Mixology knowledge / skills
