The Role:

• Support and assist the Accommodation Manager in the daily housekeeping operations
• Supervise and support the housekeeping team, ensuring their tasks are completed to a high standard
• Conduct room and public area inspections, ensuring the meet cleanliness and safety standards
• Work closely with other departments (e.g. Maintenance, Front Office) to ensure guests needs are met efficiently
• Respond to guest queries in a timely and professional manner
