The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about Mobility Transformation and delivering an exceptional service to our clients. The Assignment Services team within People Advisory Services at EY provides comprehensive services to a diverse range of multinational clients in the UK, EMEIA and globally. Our service consists of two key pillars:
- Mobility Transformation: Consulting with clients to enhance their global mobility function and implementing these improvements through projects and secondments, driven by world-class expertise.
- Mobility Talent Operate: Operating the mobility function on behalf of clients, either partially or fully, managing end-to-end international move administration. This includes creating cost estimates, balance sheet calculations, payroll notifications, and international move letters, acting as the principal point of contact for clients' employees and their HR contacts during their relocation and ongoing move, and coordinating and managing all third-party providers. EY's integrated mobility offering encompasses expatriate tax and social security compliance and consulting, immigration, and assignment services.
About you
- Experienced in global mobility, international HR, or reward.
- Enthusiastic and energetic; able to embrace new ways of working.
- A strong team player: able to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Experience of working within - or with - professional services.
- Able to deliver high quality output (e.g. reports, slide decks)
- Able to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review, and know when to refer or escalate.
- Client-focused and commercially aware.
- Able to prioritise effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Able to solve problems creatively and pragmatically.
- An excellent communicator - orally and in writing.
Your Key Responsibilities

- Contributing to the successful delivery of client services (Mobility Transformation and Mobility Talent operate).
- Adhering to Quality and Risk Management processes.
