About the role:
This is a brand new stand alone role here at Sage Homes, reporting into our Planned Investment Manager. As an Asset Systems Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in analysing, cleansing and managing the data that powers Sage's Asset Management System and supporting essential data gathering projects . This is a high-impact position where your work will directly shape future investment decisions, improve customer outcomes and strengthen the accuracy of Sage's asset intelligence.
This role is hybrid based out of our Northampton office 3 days per week and 2 days remotely if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quality control of stock condition data and documentation, ensuring risks and issues are identified early.
- Input, cleanse and maintain accurate data within the Microsoft Dynamics Asset Management System, providing clear headline reporting.
- Lead projects introducing historic data, documents and survey outputs into asset systems.
- Support the development of an in-house stock condition survey programme and maintain compliance with HHSRS and repairs data updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional and consultant-led projects with operational and IT requirements.
- Produce performance updates, raise orders, process invoices and ensure strong communication across teams.
About you
- Proven experience managing Asset Management and/or CRM systems, ideally in a housing or property environment.
- MS Dynamics experience is desirable, MS Office and confident working with property component data sets.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance processes and survey methodologies (e.g., stock condition, EPC, damp & mould, retrofit, voids, HHSRS).
- Skilled in analysing survey data and inputting it accurately into organisational systems.
- Collaborative communicator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work proactively across teams.
- Experience identifying, reporting and managing operational risks.
