  • 37 hours per week

We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Housing Management Team as an Asset Manager.

Your role:

The post holder will be working as part of the councils Housing Investment team and will take a leading role in delivering and supporting the councils' investment programme and proactively managing the Housing portfolio.

This role will be referred to as 'Operational Lead - Capital Programme'.

What you will need:

The candidate will have experience working with building regulations and planning requirements relating to England and experience of local government / social housing. The post holder will have the ability to work across teams and to work collaboratively.
