Asset and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Expert with a focus on the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in asset management and development management. This role requires expertise across various property asset classes, including residential (and other "accommodation" type assets), offices, retail and land, as well as a comprehensive understanding of planning processes, procurement and construction, and asset management and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with CEO, Head of Debt Finance and Head of Credit Risk to support with lifecycle management of Real Estate deals
• Utilise market insights to stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors affecting the UK real estate market to inform proactive management of the real estate portfolio
• Support our clients and teams to maximise value, reduce operational costs and increase returns
• Develop and implement bespoke strategies to preserve and enhance realisation and capital value

Key Competencies:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset and development management, property sales, and investment within the UK market.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., RICS) is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used in real estate development and investment analysis.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges proactively and effectively.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Business Acumen: Working with industry professionals to maximise outcome in real estate projects
