Consult with Purpose. Continuously Evolve. Architect Tomorrow.
We are looking for Asp.Net who embody this mindset-professionals who collaborate with intent, grow through curiosity, and design solutions that stand the test of time.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

  • Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Influence architectural decisions with clarity, purpose, and sound technical judgment.
  • Communicate effectively-verbally and in writing-to align technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Produce clear, meaningful documentation to enhance knowledge sharing and maintainability.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
  • Actively participate in code reviews to promote continuous improvement and team learning.
  • Apply and advocate best practices such as TDD, automation, clean coding, and proven design patterns.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git and modern DevOps practices for smooth delivery workflows.
  • Stay current with emerging cloud, architecture, and engineering trends to uplift team capability.
  • Build scalable, future-ready solutions leveraging MVC, Clean Architecture, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
  • Write efficient, secure, and optimized SQL Server queries for complex data scenarios.
  • Make architectural decisions that support high-volume, highly available, enterprise-grade systems.
  • Utilize Azure or AWS to design systems that are resilient, modular, and scalable.
  • Apply OOP principles and design patterns to build robust, maintainable, and extensible components.
  • Continuously evolve engineering practices to drive innovation and long-term technical excellence

Your Skills:

  • 8-10 years of hands-on professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and SQL Server.
  • Deep understanding of MVC, Microservices, Clean Architecture, RESTful APIs, OOP, and design patterns.
  • Strong experience in TDD, automated testing, and test frameworks.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Solid experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, experienced in Agile/SCRUM, able to build high-volume enterprise applications, review code and architecture effectively, and produce clear technical documentation; experience in financial services is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently or in cross-functional teams, proactive in problem-solving, and equipped with (or open to) AI-related skills and modern engineering practices.
