Your Role
As a Co-Facilitator within our team, you will work closely with the Facilitator to design and deliver large scale, high impact, senior collaborative events and transformational experiences, for our clients. That enable their outcomes to be produced into quality outputs, that address our client's key issues and challenges. Alongside this, you will contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of the ASE strategy, our people's capability, and the broader Capgemini group. We encourage you to get involved from day one, thinking laterally about opportunities for the team and help us continue to strengthen our unique culture and ethos.
You will lean on, mobilise and co-ordinate the capability and diversity of Capgemini and the ASE Team, to develop both client team and client relationships, enabling us to build a pipeline of high value, collaborative work. You will use your consulting and project management skills to ask key questions, build relationships and manage activity to ensure successful, impactful delivery. You will also be proactive in spotting opportunities to bring our business together as One Capgemini.
What you'll do
- Work in partnership with a Facilitator to engage with clients from a broad range of sectors to understand and address their most complex challenges, supporting and coaching them in their ambitions
- Learn and implement our specific approach to scoping, designing and delivering physical, virtual and hybrid ASE events, applying new and existing collaboration capabilities such as the MG Taylor Design Methodology or Systems Thinking
- Project manage the delivery of our services to time, cost and quality requirements, working closely with client and Capgemini stakeholders to ensure our services are integrated within the client engagement
- Act as the central link between the client and the ASE facilitation team - shaping conversations, curating content and managing logistics to ensure we are ready for a successful engagement. Produce high-quality outputs in tight timeframes that meet client needs.
- Contribute to the leadership, development and continuous improvement of the ASE as a venture, which may include business development activities, building team capability, driving sustainability initiatives etc. Support and nurture the development of our team members and our culture of continuous learning
- As well as co-lead teams within delivery engagements you will have opportunity do this on internal projects focused on innovating and improving the ASE venture
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for a bold, curious, skilled, motivated and creative Co-Facilitator to join our team of designers, technologists and consultants. We want to work with someone who wants to make a difference. You love helping to create the conditions for people to have their 'aha' moment. Someone who is passionate about the role collaboration can play in our fast moving, complex world.
- Proven track record of working with senior clients to drive transformation and change.
- Experience of designing, preparing and delivering events or workshops, project management and core consulting skills
- Knowledge of collaborative methodologies such as Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Deep Democracy, MG Taylor etc.
- An interest in technology, AI, passion for innovation and creativity and how they can be embedded to help organisations be successful
- An ability to embrace ambiguity and work under pressure in an ever-changing environment, to react quickly and professionally to changing requirements whilst maintaining attention to detail
- An interest in formulating insights from data and/or passion for sustainability and social value, and how individuals and organisations can support SDG's
- Proficiency in collaborative tools such as Microsoft Office application suite including MS Teams, Zoom, Mural
This is a hybrid working role, you should expect to be in our London office 2-3 days a week and will travel to our ASE in Telford office when required. You have the flexibility to travel and will sometimes work long hours whilst on ASE deliveries
Your Security Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
