Area Support Manager - East England - Oxford, Milton Keynes area

Home based with extensive travel

Salary - Up to £40,000 negotiable D.O.E.

The Role

Here at IVC Evidensia we are continuing to grow our business and invest significantly in the infrastructure that underpins our local teams and are looking for an Area Support Manager to work together with our Area Director in the East of England.

Key responsibilities will include:

Developing close working relationships with 12 practices and their leaders.

Troubleshooting within the Area - Where issues arise support a resolution wherever possible to ensure the wellbeing of our teams is maintained.

Support the integration of acquisitions into the Area, including on boarding staff.

Work with the Area Director to identify better ways of working that improve team wellbeing.

Support the Area Director with strategic planning

Organise Area meetings, prepare & distribute agendas, meeting materials & minutes and ensure actions points have been completed

Rota

Working 40 hours per week across 5 days Monday - Friday, 2 days based at home 3 days visiting clinics on site

What are we looking for?

Ideally you will be experienced in Leadership and coaching, mentoring and supporting skill, have strong people skills, experience of covering multiple sites, a broad healthcare/veterinary knowledge - desirable., well-developed demonstrable E.I. skills, the Ability to prioritise and plan own time, the Ability to understand and analyse key financial KPI's, must hold a full and valid driving licence.
