We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who are specialists in perimeter security protection. Who provide CCTV, access control, electric fencing, electrical installation, fibre optic networks, control rooms, civils works and project management. Our clients customers are predominantly energy distributors.
Duties
- Monitoring the service inbox
- Job Logging & Scheduling - including arrangements to attend
- Commissioned Site Visits to familiarise service team ready for PPM & Call Outs
- Creation of Service RAMS and amendment for site access
- Creation of Service Templates and Reports
- Creation & Maintenance of Service knowledge library (datasheets & manuals)
- Management of Service Engineers, including day to day work, training and holiday cover
- Management of on call service & message handling, including cover
- Ensuring correct handover of projects following installation to service to populate assets and warranties
- Management of asset database on Service Management Software
- Updates to AS Fitted documentation inline with NSI requirements from service works
- Service Contract Management, including client meetings, issue resolution, escalation and renewals
- SLA & KPI Statistics Management and Monitoring
- False Alarm Management
- SIM card and connections management
- ARC partner management and connections
- Service Partner management (subcontractors and suppliers)
Knowledge• & Qualifications (E=Essential, D=Desirable)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Work, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) (E)
- Prior use of a Service Management software (E)
- Prior use of UpTick Software or similar (D)
- Good telephone manner (E)
- Good meeting manner (E)
- Ability to work as part of a team
